Error 128 - Flame Failure

What does 128 mean?

This error code indicates that the boiler's flame has failed to ignite or has extinguished during operation. The boiler's display will show the spanner symbol and the numeric error code, preventing normal heating.

• Interruption of gas supply
• Faulty ignition electrode or flame sensor
• Issues with the gas valve or gas pressure

   Press the 'R' (reset) button firmly for several seconds to attempt to clear the fault.

   Ensure the main gas supply to the property and boiler is turned ON.
