09 — Gas valve connection error

What does 09 mean?

The boiler's electronic board is having trouble communicating with or controlling the gas valve. This can prevent the burner from operating.

• Loose connections between the gas valve and the electronic board
• Faulty wiring
• A problem with the gas valve itself

   Press and hold down the Reset button for 2 seconds to try clearing the fault.

   Ensure the boiler has a stable power supply and the main gas tap is open.

   If the fault persists, contact an Authorised Service Centre for inspection of connections and components.
