Loading door cannot be opened — Door locked

What does Loading door cannot be opened mean?

The loading door may not open immediately after a cycle, or if the water level is still too high. There are several reasons this might occur.

• Water level is too high
• Product is heating water or is in the spin cycle
• Door is stuck due to pressure
• No power to the machine

   Drain the water by running the Pump or Spin programme

   Wait until the programme completes if the machine is heating or spinning

3. 3

   Gently push and pull the door handle to try and release it if it seems stuck

4. 4

   If there is no power, open the pump filter cap and pull the emergency handle to open the door
