What does 5311 mean?

This alarm triggers after 3 warnings (code 5310) within 3 hours, or if the high discharge gas temperature condition persists for over 30 minutes.

Common Causes

  • Defective discharge temperature sensor TR6.
  • Suction gas overheating is too high.
  • The electronic expansion valve is not regulating properly.
  • Lack of refrigerant (insufficient filling or leak).

    Measure the actual discharge temperature with a thermometer and compare it to the value displayed by TR6.

    Check the readings of sensors TR5 and JR0 against external measurements and refrigerant pressure.

    Search for refrigerant leaks and repair if found. Refill refrigerant to the correct level.
