Dishware not dry

Dishware is not dry — Inadequate drying performance

Bosch · Dishwashers

What does Dishware not dry mean?

After a wash cycle, dishware remains wet. This can be caused by various factors related to rinse aid, cycle selection, loading, or detergent.

Common Causes

  • No rinse aid used or dosage set too low.
  • Wash cycle or option has no drying phase, or drying phase is too short.
  • Water collects in recesses of dishware or silverware due to improper loading.
  • Combined detergent used has a poor drying performance.
  • Extra Dry or intensive drying option is not activated.
  • Dishware removed too early before the drying process has fully ended.
