Error E:60 / -2B or Tap symbol lights up - Water supply issue

What does E:60 / -2B / Tap symbol mean?

The display shows error E:60 / -2B or the tap symbol is illuminated, indicating a problem with the water supply or inflow. This means the appliance is not receiving enough water or any water at all.

• The unbalanced load detection system has interrupted the spin cycle because the laundry is unevenly distributed (specific to E:60/-2B).
• The water pressure is low (no remedial action possible for this cause).
• The filters in the water inflow are blocked.
• The tap is turned off.
• The water inlet hose is kinked or jammed.
• Start / Reload was not pressed.
