Heavy foam build-up - Too much detergent used

What does Heavy foam mean?

Excessive foam is building up in the drum or is detected by the appliance's foam detection system. This usually indicates that too much detergent has been used for the laundry load.

   Immediately mix one tablespoon of fabric softener with 0.5 litres of water and pour the mixture into the left-hand detergent compartment (do not use for outdoor, sportswear, or down-filled items).
