The wash programme fails to start even after selecting settings, possibly due to the door not being closed, the childproof lock being active, or the 'Finish in' delay being set.

• You have not pressed Start / Reload.
• Door is not closed.
• Childproof lock is activated.
• Finish in is activated.
• Laundry is caught in the door.
