What does The water is not draining mean?

Water remains in the drum and is not draining, often caused by blockages in the drain system, a kinked hose, a blocked pump, or incorrect hose installation height.

Common Causes

  • Drain pipe or water outlet hose is blocked or jammed.
  • Drain pump is blocked.
  • Rinse Hold (---) is activated.
  • Water outlet hose is connected too high (above 1 meter).
  • Pump cover is not correctly assembled.
  • Detergent dosage is too high (causing excessive foam).
  • Unapproved extension installed on the water drain hose.

    Clean the drain pipe and the water outlet hose.

    Ensure the drain pipe and water drain hose are not kinked or trapped.

    Clean the drain pump.

    If 'Rinse Hold' is active, select 'Spin' or 'Drain' and press 'Start / Reload'.

  5. 5

    Ensure the water outlet hose is installed at a maximum height of 1 meter.

  6. 6

    Correctly assemble the pump cover, ensuring it's fully screwed in.
