What does NO LINK mean?

This message appears if the PocketScan Code Reader cannot establish a connection with the vehicle's computer. This means the tool cannot read or erase trouble codes at this time.

Common Causes

  • Ignition key may not be in the correct position
  • Vehicle's computer may have lost power
  • The connection between the tool and the vehicle may be faulty
