What does Flashing Error Code mean?

If a general fault occurs, an error code will flash on and off on the display of the BC10 basic controller. This indicates a problem that prevents the boiler from operating normally.

    Locate and push the 'Reset' button (pos. 11 on the BC10 controller) for approximately 5 seconds.

    Observe the display; if it shows a normal operation message (see Table 5), the fault has been cleared.

  3. 3

    If the fault recurs and the error code begins flashing again, repeat the reset procedure two or three more times.

  4. 4

    If the fault cannot be reset after multiple attempts, write down the specific flashing error message and contact your heating equipment servicing company.

  5. 5

    In freezing weather, make sure the heating system is not damaged by frost, referring to safety instructions on page 18.
