After cooking, an excessive amount of steam and condensation builds up on the food and inside the oven cavity. This can happen if food is left in the hot oven for an extended period after cooking is complete.

Remove cooked dishes from the oven within 15-20 minutes after the cooking process finishes.
Allow the oven door to remain slightly ajar for a short period after cooking to help moisture escape.
Ensure the kitchen is well-ventilated during and after oven use.
