Electrolux · Hobs
The E4 error indicates that a temperature sensor in one of the cooking coils has detected an excessively high temperature, or that the sensor itself is defective. This could be due to prolonged use, or a fault in the sensor or coil.
Click steps to track your progress.
Turn off the affected cooking zone and allow the appliance to cool down completely.
Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the hob installation area.
If the E4 error persists after cooling, a temperature sensor or coil may be defective, requiring professional service.
