What does Buttons unusable mean?

Some or all individual buttons on the cooktop's touch panel are not responding correctly or are only working intermittently. This can be due to external interference or internal component issues.

• Mechanical interference (e.g., wires, utensils) close to the Touch Panel
• Defective Touch Panel
• Defective ESEC-UIB
• Faulty harness between ESEC-UIB and Touch Panel

   Follow instructions for proper use of touch controls as described in the owner's guide.

   Verify the 16-pin harness going between ESEC-UIB J4 and Touch Panel J3 connectors; replace if defective or damaged.

   Verify there is no mechanical interference (like wires or utensils) close to the Touch Panel.

   If the problem persists, replace the ESEC-UIB.
