The laundry is not coming out clean or as expected after a wash cycle. This can be due to incorrect detergent usage, improper stain treatment, wrong temperature, or overloading.

• Too little detergent or unsuitable detergent has been used.
• Stubborn stains were not pre-treated prior to washing.
• The correct wash temperature was not selected for the load.
• Excessive laundry load, preventing proper washing action.

   Increase the detergent quantity or use a different, more effective detergent (refer to page 25 for guidance).

   Pre-treat stubborn stains with commercial stain removers before washing.

   Check that you have selected the appropriate temperature for the type of laundry and soil level.

   Reduce the laundry load to prevent overcrowding in the drum, allowing clothes to move freely.
