When coffee is being prepared, it comes out very slowly, only in drips, instead of a steady stream. This can be caused by coffee ground too finely or a need for descaling.

• The coffee is ground too finely and obstructs the brewing system.
• The water hardness may not have been correctly set, leading to limescale buildup in the machine.
