Red LED solid — Alarm, malfunction detected

¿Qué significa Red LED solid ?

The status lamp changing to a solid red light indicates a malfunction has occurred that the heat pump cannot fix on its own. An alarm bell will also appear in the information window.

   Check the display for the specific alarm message and instructions.

   Use the control knob to navigate to the alarm information and read the meaning and suggested actions.

   Select 'reset alarm' on the display to attempt to return the heat pump to normal operation. A green light afterward means the issue is resolved. If the red light persists, contact your installer.
