This issue can occur if the hot water system settings are incorrect, or if there are problems with the water supply or heating components.

• Mixing valve set too low
• Control module in incorrect operating mode
• High hot water consumption
• Low hot water setting
• Low or no operating prioritisation for hot water

   Ensure the filling valve for the hot water is open.

   Adjust the mixing valve if one is installed, ensuring it is not set too low.

   Check the operating mode in menu 4.2 and select 'addition' if it's set to 'manual'.

   Wait for the hot water to heat up if there has been large consumption; consider activating temporary increased hot water capacity in menu 2.1.

   Increase the hot water comfort setting in menu 2.2.
