Light image — Printed image is too faint

¿Qué significa Light image ?

The images or text printed on the page appear too faint or weak. This can be caused by low toner, issues with the LSU light, or contamination of electrical contacts.

• LSU light power is low or not functioning correctly
• Toner cartridge is low or faulty
• Contamination of high voltage contacts inside the printer
• Incorrect bias voltage or transfer roller issue

   Check the toner level using the Smart Panel program on your computer and replace the toner cartridge if it's low.

   Gently shake the toner cartridge to redistribute toner, then try printing.

   Ensure the printer settings do not have a 'toner save' mode enabled, which can make prints lighter.

   If accessible, clean any visible contamination around the high voltage contacts with a lint-free cloth.

   Try printing a test page to verify if the issue is consistent across different prints.
