Scanning error — Unable to scan documents

¿Qué significa Scanning Error ?

An error has occurred preventing the printer from completing a scanning operation. This could be related to cables, software drivers, or internal components.

• Loose or incorrect printer cable (e.g., USB)
• Incorrectly installed TWAIN driver
• Conflict with other scanner drivers installed on the computer
• Defective USB signal level from the computer or printer

   Check that the printer cable (e.g., USB) is securely connected to both the printer and the computer. Use a standard, high-quality USB cable.
