The charging station cannot be connected to a smart charging application because the wrong identification number was entered when prompted for the Serial Number.

Causas comunes

  • The Charger Point Identification number (CPID) was entered incorrectly.
  • The wrong number was copied from the charging station.
  • The app is requesting the CPID instead of the main Serial Number.
