Control panel not responding to selections

¿Qué significa UI WILL NOT ACCEPT SELECTIONS ?

The washing machine's control panel is not registering button presses or selections. This might be a control panel or power issue.

• Internal factory or component error
• Power cord is not plugged in
• Home circuit breaker is tripped
