Steady red light — Charging fault or authentication issue

¿Qué significa RED Steady LED ?

A steady red light can indicate a charging fault, such as a problem with the cable or vehicle, or another authentication failure. It could also point to a deeper electrical issue within the installation.

• Charging fault on the charging cable.
• Charging fault on the vehicle.
• Authentication failed (RFID tag/charging card not connected to user profile).
• Problem with electrical fuses or circuit breaker.

   Disconnect the charging cable from the station. Observe if the status indicator turns green.

   If it turns green, reconnect the charging cable. If it turns red again and charging doesn't start, the fault may be with the cable or vehicle.

   If the light does not turn green after disconnecting the cable, check the circuit breaker in the distribution cabinet for the charging station.

   Verify that your RFID tag or charging card is correctly linked to your user profile in the Zaptec Portal.

   If possible, try charging a different electric vehicle to help determine if the issue is with the charger or the vehicle.
