Fronius · Primo GEN24 Inverters
The inverter has switched to a standby state, meaning it is no longer feeding power into the grid and is disconnected from the AC relay. This occurs when a safety device or monitoring function, such as rapid shutdown, WSD, RCMU, insulation monitoring, or AFCI, has been triggered.
Click steps to track your progress.
Identify which specific safety device or monitoring function has been triggered (check system logs or inverter display if available).
Inspect the PV system for any faults related to rapid shutdown, WSD, RCMU, or insulation issues.
If an arc fault was detected, follow the troubleshooting steps for 'Arc detected' to resolve the DC installation issue.
Ensure all system components are functioning correctly and that safety standards are being met.
After resolving the underlying cause, the inverter may automatically resume operation, or a manual restart might be needed.
