Error 18 — Compressor motor desynchronizing

What does 18 mean?

The compressor motor has desynchronized. This can be caused by overload, fluctuating load, an abnormal compressor current sensor circuit, or a missing inverter gate drive signal.

  • The power supply is abnormal

  • The compressor is bad
  • The system is overloaded
