HC - PFC Protection

What does HC mean?

PFC protection indicates a malfunction due to low drive processor voltage. The system will shut down. This code is displayed on the ODU main board LED.

• Power grid voltage is abnormal
• Drive board PFC module is damaged
• Drive board IPM module’s 15V power supply is lower than 13.5V
• Drive board PWM signal for PFC and the corresponding element are abnormal
• Drive board PFC current sampling circuit element is damaged

   Check if the power grid voltage is normal.

   Inspect the 15V power supply to the IPM module; ensure it is above 13.5V.

   Replace the drive board if the PFC module or related circuits are damaged.

   Replace the drive board if PFC current sampling circuits are damaged.
