Common Causes

  • Washer load is unbalanced
  • Shipping rod has not been removed
  • Water is draining

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Make sure the washer is level and firm on the floor.

  2. 2

Push the Cycle knob in to stop the washer, open the lid, redistribute the load evenly, close the lid, and restart.

  3. 3

Remove the shipping rod on the bottom right side of the washer before sliding it into place. Do not use the washer with the shipping rod in place.

  4. 4
