What does Water draining error mean?

The Washing Machine is unable to drain water or is draining incorrectly. This can lead to standing water in the drum or incomplete cycles.

Common Causes

  • Pump filter is dirty or clogged.
  • Drain hose is clogged or kinked.
  • Household drain is clogged.
  • Drain hose is placed at an incorrect height (below minimum or above maximum).
  • Pump impeller is blocked and cannot rotate freely.

    Check if the pump filter is clean and remove any debris.

    Ensure the drain hose is not clogged, kinked, or otherwise obstructed.

    Verify that the household drain itself is not clogged.

    Confirm the drain hose is placed at the correct height as specified in the installation chapter.

  5. 5

    Press the Start/Pause button again. If the error reoccurs, call a service technician.
