What does Water filling error mean?

The Washing Machine is unable to fill with water or is filling incorrectly. This can be due to issues with the water supply, filters, or hose connections.

Common Causes

  • Incorrect drain height or unsecured drain hose.
  • Water inlet valve is closed.
  • Filter on the inlet hose or water valve is clogged.
  • Water supply hose is deformed (clipped, clogged, etc.).
  • Water pressure in the mains is outside the optimal range (0.05 and 1 MPa / 0.5 – 10 bar).

    Check the suitability of the drain height and whether the drain hose is secured to the Washing Machine housing.

    Verify that the water inlet valve is fully open.

    Check if the filter on the inlet hose and on the water valve is clean.

    Ensure the water supply hose is not deformed, clipped, or clogged.

  5. 5

    Press the Start/Pause button to resume the program. If the error reoccurs, call a service technician.
