What does Red LED mean?

When the warning and alarm symbol on the operating panel turns red, the pump has encountered a critical alarm and stops operating completely. All mode, speed, and unit LEDs are switched off. Immediate action is required to resolve the issue.

  • Critical fault preventing safe or proper operation
  • Severe internal pump malfunction
  • Major power supply issue

    Immediately switch off the power supply to the pump.

    Connect to the Grundfos GO app to retrieve the detailed error description, even though the pump has stopped.

    Do not attempt to restart the pump until the underlying issue has been identified and resolved.
