What does Firmware update fails mean?

The Grundfos GO Remote app cannot complete a firmware update. This can happen if your smart device does not meet the necessary conditions for the update process, such as having low battery or being out of range.

• Insufficient power on the smart device.
• Smart device not properly connected to the pump.
• Smart device is out of Bluetooth communication range.
