When you try to connect your Grundfos MAGNA3 pump to the Grundfos GO Remote app, the center LED of the Grundfos Eye flashes. This means the pump is looking for a Bluetooth connection. If the LED keeps flashing and doesn't become solid, it indicates a problem establishing the connection.

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone or tablet device.
Move your device closer to the MAGNA3 pump to ensure it is within Bluetooth range.
Press the connect button on the pump's operating panel to make sure the pump is in discoverable mode.
Close and reopen the Grundfos GO Remote app on your device, then try the connection process again.
Restart both the pump (by briefly cycling its power) and your mobile device, then attempt to connect once more.
