Error 9 — DC fan motor fault

What does [9] DC fan motor fault mean?

The DC fan motor is damaged, not connected, or its related circuit is broken. The error status will confirm and lock if this occurs 3 times within 30 minutes.

• Loose motor wiring
• The motor is bad
• The PCB is bad

   Check if the fan motor wires are conductive.

   Power off the unit and try to rotate the fan motor by hand to see if it turns freely.
