What does E7 mean?

The indoor unit display shows 'E7', indicating a problem with the communication between the indoor and outdoor units. This means the units cannot exchange necessary information for proper operation.

• A splice or break in the communication wire (Terminal 3).
• Loose or incorrect wiring connections between the indoor and outdoor units.
• A fault within the communication circuit itself.

   Turn off the air conditioner at the main circuit breaker and wait at least 30 seconds.

   Carefully check the electrical wiring connections on the terminal block for both the indoor and outdoor units, ensuring wires 1, 2, and 3 are securely connected (1-1, 2-2, 3-3).

   Look for any visible damage, splices, or breaks in the communication wire (Terminal 3) running between the units.
