  • A fault within the communication circuit itself.

    Turn off the air conditioner at the main circuit breaker and wait at least 30 seconds.

    Carefully check the electrical wiring connections on the terminal block for both the indoor and outdoor units, ensuring wires 1, 2, and 3 are securely connected (1-1, 2-2, 3-3).

    Look for any visible damage, splices, or breaks in the communication wire (Terminal 3) running between the units.

    Ensure all wires are firmly inserted into their terminal blocks and fixed in place according to the wiring diagram.

    Turn the air conditioner back on at the circuit breaker and check if the E7 error has cleared.
