E15 — Anti-freeze Abnormality

What does E15 mean?

This error indicates that the system has detected conditions leading to anti-freeze protection activation, such as very low water temperatures in cooling mode.

Common Causes

  • Water temperature in the Hydro Unit (Twi or Two) falling to 3°C or below during cooling.
  • Insufficient water circulation or flow through the unit.
  • Extremely low ambient temperatures affecting the system.

    Check for any blockages in the water pipes that could restrict flow.
