If the Washing Machine displays an error code other than E2, E3, E4, or E7, or shows an unlisted LED flash pattern, it indicates a general internal issue.
Click steps to track your progress.
Turn off and unplug the Washing Machine from the electrical supply socket.
Wait for approximately one minute.
Plug the machine back in, turn it on, and try to restart a program.
For One Touch models, if the error reoccurs, use the Hoover Wizard app's Clever Check-up function by placing your NFC-enabled Android smartphone near the One Touch logo on the control panel to read the fault directory.
If the problem persists, contact an Authorised Customer Service Centre directly.
