The indicator lamp on the charging station is lit with a solid green light. This indicates that the boundary loop and guide wire signals are correct and the installation is functioning as expected.

Check Mower's Display/App: The green light means the station is working correctly. Now, check your mower itself or the Automower Connect app. Is it showing "Charging," "Parked," or "Ready to Mow"? Make sure it's not paused or showing an error message on its own screen.
Verify Charging Contact: Ensure your Automower is firmly seated in the charging station. Sometimes it can look docked but isn't making full contact with the metal charging strips, which would prevent it from charging.
Restart the System: If your mower isn't charging or leaving the station, try unplugging the charging station's power supply from the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Then, turn your mower's main switch (usually on the bottom) off for 10 seconds and back on.
Review Mower Schedule: Using the mower's menu or the Automower Connect app, confirm its operating schedule is active. Ensure it's not set to "Parked" mode indefinitely, which would prevent it from starting its mowing cycle.
When to Call for Help: If you've tried these steps and your mower still isn't charging, mowing, or if you see an error message on the mower's display despite the green station light, contact customer support or your local Husqvarna dealer for further assistance.
