E2 — Flow NTC has an open circuit or short circuit

What does E2 mean?

The NTC sensor that measures the heating flow temperature is showing either an open circuit (no signal) or a short circuit (incorrect signal). This prevents the boiler from accurately monitoring the heating water temperature.

• The flow NTC sensor is faulty or has failed.
• The connection cable to the flow NTC sensor is damaged or disconnected.
• Loose or corroded connections at the sensor or circuit board.
