What does HI mean?

The display shows 'HI', indicating that the temperature inside the appliance has risen above the permissible upper limit. An audible warning signal may sound, and the LED may flash.

Common Causes

  • Door left open or not closed properly, allowing warm air in
  • Recent power cut that caused a temperature rise
  • Internal temperature rise during a certain period of time, possibly due to heavy loading or malfunction
