What does Clouding or smearing on dishware mean?

If your dishes and glassware appear cloudy or have a smeared finish after a wash, the rinse aid dosage might be set too high.

    Turn the dishwasher off with the On/Off button.

  2. 2

    Press the Start button and simultaneously switch the dishwasher on, keeping Start pressed for at least four seconds until its indicator light comes on.

  3. 3

    Press the Delay Start button 3 times until its indicator light flashes 3 times.

  4. 4

    Use the Start button to decrease the rinse aid dosage (the factory setting is 3, decrease gradually).

  5. 5

    Turn the dishwasher off to save the new setting and run a new cycle to check.
