What does Certification expired mean?

The digital torque wrench requires certification after annual calibration, 5,000 cycles, or if it has been overloaded. Once it exceeds 5,000 cycles, the tool's certification status will be 'out of certification' and will expire after 14 days if not addressed.

• Tool has exceeded 5,000 work cycles.
• Annual calibration is due.
• The tool has been subjected to an overload event.
• Normal use has caused the tool to reach its maintenance threshold.

   Check your tool's usage records or last calibration date to determine if it has exceeded 5,000 cycles or is due for annual service.

   Evaluate if the tool has been used in a manner that could have caused an overload, such as applying excessive force beyond its rated capacity.

   Contact your local Milwaukee Tool service center for certification and calibration.

   Do not continue to use the tool for critical tasks once the certification has expired to ensure accuracy.
