Reduced initial operating speed

Reduced initial operating speed — Cold mode active for warm-up

Milwaukee · M18 FUEL Vacuum Pump

What does Reduced initial operating speed mean?

When the pump is used in environments below 20 degrees Celsius, it will automatically reduce its initial operating speed. This 'cold mode' warms up the oil and motor to ensure optimal performance. The pump will return to normal speed on its own.

Common Causes

  • Ambient temperature is below 20°C (68°F).
