What does 9 (Left lamp solid) mean?

The left Operation Indicator lamp on the indoor unit remains continuously lit, and the outdoor unit does not operate. This indicates that the unit cannot properly read data in the nonvolatile memory of the outdoor unit's inverter P.C. board or outdoor electronic control P.C. board.
