Mitsubishi Electric · MSZ-FH Air Conditioners
In a multi-system setup, if you try to operate multiple indoor units with conflicting modes (e.g., some for cooling, others for heating) simultaneously, the unit that started first determines the mode. Other units cannot operate and their OPERATION INDICATOR lamp will flash.
Click steps to track your progress.
Identify which indoor unit started operating first to determine the priority mode.
Set all indoor units to the same operation mode (either all COOL, DRY, FAN, or all HEAT).
Ensure all remote controllers reflect the unified operation mode.
If the issue persists, power cycle the outdoor unit by turning off its main power supply for a few minutes, then turning it back on.
Refer to the outdoor unit service manual for more specific multi-system troubleshooting.
