What does POWER lamp 4-time flash (Air Purifying Recall) - Power Issue mean?

When in air purifying power failure mode recall function, the POWER lamp flashes four times. This indicates a problem with the AIR PURIFYING power when the voltage on the electronic P.C. board falls significantly.
