What does Outdoor fan (not rotating) mean?

The outdoor unit's fan is not rotating, which prevents proper heat exchange and can cause the system to malfunction or stop working. This often indicates a problem with the fan motor, its electrical supply, or the control board.

• Insufficient or incorrect DC voltage supply to the fan motor connector
• Loose or damaged wiring connections to the fan motor (CNF1, CNF2)
• A blown F500 fuse on the outdoor controller board
• A defective fan motor or a faulty outdoor multi controller circuit board

   Turn off the main power to the Mitsubishi Electric MXZ outdoor unit at the electrical breaker and wait 5 minutes.

   Visually check the outdoor fan for any obstructions that might be preventing it from spinning freely. Remove any debris carefully.
