4250 - Power module abnormality

What does 4250 mean?

An abnormality has been detected in the power module, which is a critical component for controlling power to the system. This will cause the air conditioning system to automatically stop operating. This error code may be related to delay code 4350.

• Faulty power module.
• Power surge or electrical irregularity.
• Internal circuit board issue.

   Note the 4250 code displayed on your remote controller or the outdoor unit's LED.

   Turn off the main power supply to the outdoor unit at the circuit breaker.

   Wait at least 1 minute after LED1 and LED2 on the outdoor circuit board go out, then turn the main power supply back on.

   If the error persists, contact a qualified service technician to inspect the power module.
