Mitsubishi Electric · PUMY Air Conditioners
This indicates a problem with the communication between the remote controller and the indoor unit, or between indoor units. This can be a failure to send or receive signals, preventing proper operation of the air conditioner.
Click steps to track your progress.
Turn OFF the air conditioner's power supply before performing any checks or disconnections.
Check that only one remote controller is configured as the "main" controller; if necessary, set one as main and others as sub.
Disconnect and then reconnect the CN3A connector on the indoor unit controller board, then restore power.
After power-on, wait up to 6 minutes for "Please Wait" to disappear and "OK" to display on all remote controllers.
If the error persists or "NG" is displayed after diagnosis, an external noise source might be interfering; inspect the transmission line wiring for interference.
If LED2 on the indoor unit is blinking and the issue remains, the indoor controller board may need replacement by a service technician.
