E32 - Anti-phase device detected swapped or open L2 phase

What does E32 mean?

The anti-phase device has detected that two phases of the mains power need to be swapped, or the L2 phase of the mains power (primary side of contactor) has been detected as open. This is a critical power supply issue.

• Incorrect phasing of the main power supply.
• Open circuit on the L2 phase of the mains power.
• Faulty anti-phase detection device.

   Immediately turn off the main power supply to the unit at the circuit breaker.

   DO NOT attempt to fix this yourself. This requires a qualified electrician to inspect the main power phasing.
