E34 - Abnormally low current detected by CT on L3 or open phase at L3

What does E34 mean?

The current transformer (CT) on the L3 phase has detected abnormally low current, or no current at all. This indicates a power supply issue on the L3 phase.

Common Causes

  • Loss of power on the L3 phase.
  • Loose or disconnected wiring for the L3 phase (secondary side of contactor).
  • Faulty current transformer (CT).

    Turn off the main power to the unit at the circuit breaker.

    Wait for 30 seconds, then restore power.

    Check if other devices connected to the same phase are also without power.
